Chicken - 1 pc., Garlic - 40 gr, Rosemary fresh - 10 gr, Olive oil - 1 tbl, Soy sauce - 50 ml, Oranges - 1 pc., Lemons - 1 pc., Honey - 2 tbl., Starch - 2 tea liters, Oranges - 1 pc., Rosemary - 10 gr.
Marinade. For the marinade, we need: juice and red orange zest, lemon zest, soy sauce, honey and starch.
Remove the zest from the orange. Squeeze the juice from the orange. Dilute the starch in orange juice.
Remove the zest from the lemon with a grater, too.
Add soy sauce, honey to the starch. Mix everything well.
Prepare the ingredients. For stuffed chicken, we need: chicken weighing 1. 5-2 kg, rosemary, garlic head, vegetable oil.
Wash the chicken, dry it. Gently separate the skin from the meat on the breast. Fill the chicken with marinade and leave to marinate for 2 hours, periodically turning the bird over so that it is evenly soaked in marinade.
Filling. We will need a day of filling: red orange, fresh rosemary.
Wash the remaining Sicilian orange and cut into small pieces.
Stuff the chicken with slices of red oranges and sprigs of rosemary.
Transfer the chicken to a vegetable oil-greased tin and pour over the marinade.
Halve the garlic head and place in the tin to the chicken along with the rosemary sprigs.
Cover the tin with foil and put in an oven heated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
Then remove the foil and bake for about 1 more hours until a golden crust forms. Periodically water the chicken with juice from the bottom of the mold.
