Chicken legs - 4 pcs., Pears - 3 pcs., Salt - 0.7 tea liters, Citric acid - 0.3 tea liters, Soy sauce - 2 tbsp., Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.
Cover the baking dish with foil. Cut a piece of foil so long that it is enough to completely wrap the chicken with pears. In a separate container, mix salt, sunflower oil, soy sauce and citric acid. Coat the chicken legs with the resulting mixture and put them on foil. Place pear pieces on top of the smoking legs.
