Prepare the products. The chicken must be washed first and dried with paper towels.
We squeeze juice from one orange. This can be done by any means at hand. Not necessarily a juicer.
Garlic is peeled and ground. You can chop, you can suppress, you can grate, this is not critical.
Ginger root is clean and also crushed. Here it is better to grate it, so it will give away its juice better.
Now let's make a marinade. To do this, you need to mix juice, soy sauce, black and red peppers, grated ginger and garlic.
Stir the marinade with a fork so that all the components are well mixed.
We put the chicken in dishes that can be closed, pour marinade and put it in the refrigerator for at least three hours. But better for 8-12 hours, I did just that.
