Chicken on a beer can
6 servings2 hours
Chicken - 1.8 kg, Sour cream - 3 tbsp, Salt - 1 tsp, Muggy seasoning - 1 tbsp, Beer - 250 ml
Wash the chicken and dry with a paper towel. Prepare the marinade: to do this, mix sour cream with salt and chicken seasoning. You can use any spices you like to make the marinade, but I think the chicken seasoning has all the ingredients you need for chicken meat, so I'll use it. Grease the chicken with marinade inside and out and leave to marinate for 40 - 45 minutes.
Put to bake in the oven warmed to 190 ° C for 80-90 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken). It happens that it is advised to cover the top of the chicken with a sheet of foil so as not to burn. But, my top never burns, perhaps it depends on the oven. In any case, keep an eye on your chicken, and, if necessary, in the baking process, cover the top. In general, the finished chicken turns out to be a good "tanned" color.

Prepare all the ingredients necessary for cooking. Sour cream can be taken of any fat content, seasonings can be used to your taste.
Wash the can with beer, pour exactly half of the beer from it and wrap the can in food foil. Put the jar in a baking tin (it is better to put the jar not just on a baking sheet, but in a tin, since a little liquid will be released from the chicken when baking) and put pickled chicken on top of it.
Remove the finished chicken from the jar and let lie for 15 minutes. Then cut into portions and serve. Juicy, beautiful and very fragrant chicken on the beer can is ready! Enjoy your meal!
