Canned champignons with chicken fillet and hard cheese
4 servings1 hour
Chicken fillet - 800 grams, Canned champignons - 300 grams, Onions - 1 pc., Hard cheese - 150 grams, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste, Vegetable oil - 20 grams, Dill - to taste
Cut the chicken fillet lengthways into portions. Beat each piece a little. Just a little bit.
In a very hot pan, fry each piece until ruddy. The pan should be very hot so that the meat is immediately, as it were, baked and retains all the juices inside the piece.
Cover the baking tray with foil and spread the fried pieces of chicken fillet over it. Sprinkle a little to your liking with salt and spices on each piece. Peel the onions, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Sprinkle each piece of meat with finely chopped onions.
Open a jar of canned champignons and drain the liquid. If you have whole champignons, then cut them into plates or just half.
Spread the champignons over the meat.
Grate the cheese over a medium grater and sprinkle liberally over each piece on top.
You can also sprinkle a little with fresh herbs. Place a baking tray in the oven, warmed to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove the finished dish from the oven, cool a little and serve until hot. Have a pleasant appetite for you and your loved ones!
