Rice - 250 gr, Nori - 10 gr, Chicken fillet - 200 gr, Rice vinegar - 50 ml, Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp, Sauce, pasta - 1.5 tbsp, Vegetable oil - 10 gr, Salt - to taste
How to make sushi gunkans? Prepare all the ingredients. Rinse the rice well to remove the starch it contains. Put the rice in a saucepan and fill with water (1: 2). Bring the water to the boil, salt a little. Simmer the rice under a closed lid for 15-20 minutes. Turn off the heat and do not open the lid for another 10 minutes. Rice during this time will reach the desired consistency. Cool the finished rice, add rice vinegar to it and mix.
Wet your hands in water. This is done so that the rice does not stick to the hands. Take a portion of rice (approx. 25 gr. ). From this rice, form something like a bar with your hands and put it on a strip of nori in the center. Note that rice should not completely cover the entire width of the strip! You need to leave a little space for filling. Put 1-2 marks on one edge of nori.
