How to make a scam in a layer dough? Prepare the products. Defrost the dough beforehand, it is better to do this by transferring it from the freezer to the lower shelf of the refrigerator. Instead of ready-made puff dough, you can take a homemade one. Take 10% cream.
Peel the onions, rinse under cold water and cut into small cubes.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry and cut into medium pieces.
Wipe the mushrooms with a wet sponge from the dirt. Do not wet them much - mushrooms will become watery and tasteless. Cut the champignons into cubes as well.
Over a medium heat, heat the pan, put the butter on it. When melted, add the onion to the pan. Fry it until clear, stirring, for about 5 minutes.
Add the chicken fillet to the onion. Fry it, stirring, for about 5 more minutes.
Then lay out the champignons. Fry them, also stirring, for a few more minutes.
Salt and pepper the contents of the pan, pour in the flour, mix quickly. With continuous stirring, pour in the cream. It should turn out a thick, homogeneous sauce. Let it simmer on the smallest fire for 5 minutes. Then cool it down.
Roll the dough into a thin square layer, slightly dusting the surface with flour.
Cut it into 4 squares. Take the moulds suitable for baking, Put pieces of puff pastry in them.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater.
Arrange the sauce into the resulting baskets. Cut the extra dough. Sprinkle the top generously with cheese. Bend the edges of the dough, forming baskets.
Bake the jelly in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30 to 40 minutes. The exact time will depend on the features of your oven. The edges of the dough should be ground and the cheese melted.
Remove the finished julien from the oven, cool a little and remove from the molds. Serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
