Julien in mushroom and chicken buns
1 hour
A long time ago, in one culinary magazine, I saw an interesting recipe and a beautiful photo of a goulash soup in bread. At that time, it seemed very original to me. However, my hands did not reach the implementation of the recipe in my kitchen, and now I will not find this magazine, probably. However, I had the opportunity to try another dish that should be served in a bread product. And this is a scam in buns. It is so delicious that words cannot be conveyed! Although I treat the scam itself as a separate dish without fanaticism. But then the combination of chicken, mushrooms and a crispy bun seemed incredibly tasty to me. I used small bran buns of 50g each for the recipe. The filling was enough for me for 4 such buns. Very tasty both hot and cold. In the hot, I liked it more. Finely cut bulbs can also be added to the filling. It needs to be fried with mushrooms.

Instead of fresh ones, you can take frozen or dried mushrooms (dried ones will need 5-6 times less than fresh ones). Frozen mushrooms can be thawed in any convenient way (for example, in the microwave in the appropriate mode - see the instructions for your technique) and drain the liquid. Or, if the amount of liquid in the recipe is not critical, use without defrosting. Dried mushrooms must be washed well, as they are not washed before drying, and then soaked in cold water for at least 2-3 hours.
