How to make tobacco (tapaca) chicken in the oven? It is imperative to purchase a chilled chicken carcass, this will guarantee that the product has not been frozen repeatedly and, accordingly, should be fresh. It is better to use chicken, not chicken, since chicken meat is already tougher and less tasty. Rinse the chicken carcass thoroughly under running water, dry with a paper towel. The amount of salt can be adjusted to taste.
