Chicken - 1 pc., Sour cream - 100 g, Mustard - 1 tbsp., Soy sauce - 50 ml, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp., Basil - 1 tbsp., Salt - to taste
Take a chicken carcass and rinse it in running, cold water. Dry the chicken with a paper towel or paper wipes. Coat the chicken completely with the resulting marinade on all sides. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and leave to marinate for a few hours. I usually marinate a chicken in the morning in order to cook it in the oven for dinner.
Before baking, prepare the mold of the required size and cover it with foil. Put the pickled chicken in the tin and pour all the remaining marinade over it. Cover the chicken with another sheet of foil and pinch the foil around the edges. Put the chicken in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour.
