Chicken legs - 1 kg, Apples - 2 pcs., Prunes - 100 g, Sour cream - 100 g, Hard cheese - 100 g, Onions - 1 pc., Garlic - 6 teeth, Ajika - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Black ground pepper - to taste, Water - 0.5 pack.
Prepare the ingredients.
Salt and pepper the meat, leave to marinate.
Peel and cut the onion into half rings.
Wash the apples, remove the middle and slice the wedges.
Chop the garlic.
Put the meat in the oven utensils with the lid.
Add water and ajika.
Put in an even layer of garlic.
Cover the chicken with a layer of onion.
Put the apples on the onions.
The next layer is prunes.
Pour sour cream over everything.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover and place for an hour in the oven (180 degrees).
