How to put out chicken fillet with champignons? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose medium-sized champignons, without damage. Instead of champignons, you can take any other mushrooms. Sour cream can be used with any fat content.
Preheat a pan of suitable size to hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, about the same size. Place the chopped chicken in a frying pan and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the chicken is roasting, do the onions. Clean it of husks and rinse it in cold water. Then cut the onions into half rings or a little smaller.
Add the chopped onions to the pan to the chicken. Stir everything and fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
Rinse fresh champignons in running water to wash away any contamination. Then cut each mushroom into 2-4 parts.
Add the chopped champignons to the pan. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Then add about 100 ml of water to the pan and cover it with a lid. Simmer the mushroom chicken over a low heat for about 15 minutes.
In a separate glass, dissolve the flour in water so that there are no lumps. Then add the sour cream to the water and mix well.
Pour the chicken with the mushrooms with the ready sour cream sauce. Sprinkle a little salt and spice to taste. As a spice, you can use ground pepper and a pinch of curry. You can add a little garlic for the flavor. Stirring, bring everything to a boil and warm well for a minute. When heated, the sauce thickens. If you want to make a sauce a little leaner, then add a little more water.
Chicken fillet with champignons in a pan in sour cream is ready! You can serve as an independent dish or supplement with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
