How to put out chicken with mushrooms and carrots? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, you can use any parts of the chicken or take a whole carcass and chop it into parts. I'll be cooking chicken thighs. The proportions are approximate. They can be changed for your taste. Very delicious if there are a lot of onions and carrots.
Rinse the chicken in running water, dry from excess moisture and chop into small pieces.
Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden.
Peel the onion from the husks, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings or a little smaller.
Add the chopped onions to the chicken in a frying pan and fry everything together for a couple of minutes. A characteristic aroma will appear from onions.
Next, add the crushed carrots. It can be rubbed on a grater or cut into circles. I like grated more. So the finished sauce is more uniform.
Rinse the mushrooms and cut into large pieces. Put in a frying pan. Stir everything and fry for a further 3-5 minutes. By the way, instead of champignons, you can take boiled forest mushrooms.
Separately mix the sour cream with the tomato paste and water. Pour the resulting sauce over the chicken, bring to the boil and simmer under the lid over a low heat for 30 minutes. Add salt and spices to taste.
At the end of cooking, add the garlic, passed through the press and remove the pan from the heat. Complement the chicken with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
