Chicken fillet - 500 grams, Onions - 2 pcs., Sour cream - 350 grams, Water - 200 ml, Butter - 30 grams, Vegetable oil - 30 grams, Garlic - 2 teeth, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
Rinse the chicken fillet in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Then cut the fillet into large pieces. Heat the frying pan to hot, put a piece of butter on it and add a little vegetable. When the butter melts, place the chopped chicken fillet in the pan. Fry it for 4-5 minutes until golden.
Add the chopped onions to the pan to the chicken meat. Stir and fry everything together for a further 2-3 minutes. From roasting onions will appear a characteristic aroma. Then cover the pan with a lid and cook the chicken over a low heat for another 15-20 minutes. When onions are plentiful, it provides juice. But if necessary, you can add a little water so that the meat does not burn.
When the chicken is almost ready, fill it with sour cream sauce and add the garlic passed through the press. The amount of fluid can be slightly increased. To taste, add salt, ground pepper and some paprika or curry (which you like). Stir, bring to a boil and warm everything well for another 2-3 minutes.
