Chicken legs - 6 pieces, Onions - 1 piece, Garlic - 5 teeth, White wine - 250 ml, Wheat flour - 1 table, Vegetable oil - 2 table, Herb mixture - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
Products for recipe preparation. Onions and garlic are peeled, they, as well as chicken hips (you can take other parts of the chicken) are thoroughly washed. Dry the chicken thighs with paper towels. We rub with a mixture of salt and pepper, leave for 15-30 minutes.
Cut the onions into half rings, garlic - into plates.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry to a ruddy thigh crust on both sides.
Transfer the fried chicken hips into a thick-bottomed saucepan.
In the same pan where the chicken was fried, fry the onions until golden, add a little salt and pepper, garlic and fry the onions and garlic together.
Then pour in a spoon of flour, stir, fry for 1 minute or less, constantly stirring. We make sure that the flour does not burn and is evenly distributed.
Transfer the fried onions on top of the chicken and pour wine into the pan.
Add spices. Cover the pan and simmer for 40-45 minutes until the chicken is ready. At the same time, we carefully make sure that the chicken and other components of the dish do not burn.
