Chicken in sour sweet sauce with oranges

1. To prepare a dish, take 1 orange and squeeze juice from it, mix it with honey.
2. We dilute and mix starch well in water so that there are no lumps and add vinegar and garlic.
3. Fry pieces of chicken fillet in oil over high heat until a ruddy crust forms and pour in orange juice and diluted starch. Add salt and chilli.
4. Stir quickly, cook until the sauce thickens.
5. Decorate with sesame seeds and serve.
