Chicken with grapes and almonds

Chicken fillet - 600 gr, Grapes - 250 gr, White wine - 150 ml, Almonds - 100 gr, Onions - 1 pc., Thyme, thyme - 5 gr, Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp, Ground black pepper - 2 gr, Salt - 2 gr
Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry. Cut the meat into large chunks.
Chop almonds.
Peel the onion, cut into rings.
Put the chicken in a dry preheated frying pan and fry, stirring, for 5 minutes. Transfer the meat to a plate.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry on the onion cut into rings until transparent. About 3-4 minutes.
Cut the grapes from the branch and put them in a pan to the onion. Fry together for 2 minutes.
Return the chicken fillet to the pan.
Add almonds, thyme sprigs. Pour in the wine. Salt, pepper. Simmer the chicken under the lid over a medium heat for about 30 minutes.
