Chicken legs - 2 pieces, Garlic - 4 teeth, Olive oil - 50 grams, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
How to fry spuds with garlic in a pan? Prepare everything you need for this.
Rinse the chicken legs in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture from them.
Place the spuds in a spacious bowl and sprinkle them with salt and spices. As a spice, you can use anyone to your taste. I added some paprika and black ground pepper.
Peel the garlic and pass through the press into the bowl to the legs. Add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
Stir all the spices with the legs, rubbing thoroughly into them. Leave the spuds to marinate for 1-2 hours. You can leave for a longer time, but then put them in the refrigerator, covering them with cling film.
To fry, preheat the pan until hot and pour olive oil on it. Lay out the legs and fry them in a hot frying pan on both sides.
The legs will be covered with a golden crust. Make the heat smaller and keep cooking for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. If you want them to be crispy, then cook without a lid.
Pierce the spud with a knife - if light juice appears, then the chicken is ready. If the juice is pink, then let it finish a little more. Remove the ready-made legs from the heat and add fresh garlic on top to give the meat more flavor.
Chicken legs are insanely tasty and juicy. A side dish of potatoes is great for them. Enjoy your meal!
