I will cook with forest boiled mushrooms. But you can replace them with champignons. There is no need to cook champignons. It is enough to cut and cook. Peel, rinse and finely chop the onions. To fry the mushrooms, preheat the pan until hot, pour in some vegetable oil and fry for a minute the finely chopped onions, then add the finely chopped mushrooms to it and fry all together for a few minutes to evaporate the liquid from the mushrooms.
Add salt and spices to the minced meat to taste. Stir. Knock the mince off the bottom of the bowl several times to make it tighter. Thanks to this, the nests will not fall apart when baked.
For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form. I have ceramic. Form small balls from minced meat and put them in a tin greased with oil. In the center of each balloon, make a small recess and brush with mayonnaise.
Put the mushroom filling in each nest. Do not spare mushrooms - let them be more.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle each nest liberally with it. Place the tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. When baking, navigate your oven.
