How to make drains with cheese, minced meat and potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat or take a mixed version. Peel and rinse the potatoes beforehand. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water.
Peel and finely chop the onions. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the crushed onions for 3-4 minutes over a low heat until clear. During this time, the onion will become softer. Remove the fried onions from the heat.
Peel the boiled eggs from the shell, mash with a fork and add the mayonnaise. Stir.
Salt the minced meat and add the spices. Stir well and beat a little against the bottom of the bowl. Thanks to this, the minced meat will become denser and will not fall apart when baked.
For baking, take any heat-resistant form. Grease it with vegetable oil. Form small meat tortillas from the mince and put them into a tin. In the center of each cake, make recesses.
Spoon in some of the fried onions, followed by the egg filling. Press tightly.
Grate the peeled potatoes over a coarse grater and spread over each meat cake.
Top generously sprinkle the stock with cheese grated over a coarse grater. Place the tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Navigate your oven.
During baking, the meat cakes will decrease slightly in size. The ready-made drains will brown. Remove the tin from the oven, place the drains on a plate and serve hot to the table. Enjoy your meal!
