Chopped chicken cutlets on starch

Prepare the necessary ingredients to make the cutlets. The egg can be used in any size. Onions can be taken 1-2 pieces. He will give the cutlets juiciness. Clean it from husks and rinse it in cold water. Chicken meat is best taken chilled meat that has not been frozen. Cutlets will be more juicy from such meat. But if the meat is still frozen, then defrost it at room temperature.
