Chicken fillet - 400 g, Breadcrumbs - 50 g, Hard cheese - 40 g, Grainy mustard - 30 g, Dill - 30 g, Eggs - 1 pc., Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
Prepare the ingredients.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Wash the greens, dry and finely chop.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry and cut into small pieces.
Combine meat, cheese, mustard and greens.
Salt, pepper and mix well.
Beat the egg until smooth and salt lightly.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a plate.
Form medium-sized cutlets from minced meat.
Roll each cutlet in crumbs, dip in a beaten egg and roll again in crumbs.
