Beef - 0.5 kg, Pork - 0.5 kg, Onions - 200 g, White bread - 150 g, Water - 100 ml, Wheat flour - 150 g, Vegetable oil - 70 g, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
We choose the necessary amount of pork meat and beef for making cutlets.
Cut the meat into pieces and twist through a meat grinder.
Add pepper with salt to the mince to taste, chopped finely bulb onions, white bread soaked in advance, mix thoroughly with your hands, then beat the mince for better bonding.
We remove the finished minced meat for cooling for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, after which we begin to make cutlets, which we profusely panic in flour.
Heat the pan with sunflower oil added to it, lay out the cutlets and fry them over medium heat.
As soon as the golden crust appears on one side of the patty, turn them over with shoulder blades.
Cover the pan and continue to fry the cutlets until cooked.
We put ready-made cutlets from the pan on plates.
