Chopped chicken breast fritters
3 servings1 hour
Chicken breasts - 500 g, Hard cheese - 50 g, Eggs - 1 pc., Onions - 1 pc., Wheat flour - 2 tbsp., Kefir - 50 g, Parsley - 10 g, Vegetable oil - 30 g, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
How to make chopped chicken breast fritters? Prepare everything you need for this. Rinse the chicken breast fillet in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Instead of the usual bulb onions, you can take several green feathers.
Cut the chicken fillet into very small cubes. The smaller it is, the more delicate the fritters will be. To make the chicken easier to cut, you can slightly freeze it.
Peel the onions, rinse in cold water and very finely chop. Add the chopped onions to the chicken.
Immediately rub cheese in the bowl. Add the egg, kefir and flour. Add a little salt and spice to taste.
Rinse the parsley sprigs, finely chop and add to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well until smooth. The finished meat dough should be neither liquid nor thick. For more pomp, you can add a little soda.
For frying, take a comfortable wide pan. Preheat it to hot and pour in some vegetable oil. Spoon a little chicken dough and fry it over a low heat for 3-4 minutes.
The fritters will become an appetising golden color. They have to cook well inside, so don't push them with a lot of fire.
Ready-made chicken fritters are very juicy. They can be supplemented with any side dish or fresh vegetables. They are very tasty both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!
