How to make minced meat patties in a pan? Prepare everything you need for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. I take pork and beef in half. Mince can be made on its own by scrolling the meat through a meat grinder or buying a finished one.
To make the cutlet mass, take a deep bowl and combine both seeing the mince in it. Peel the onions, rinse in cold water and pass through a meat grinder or grind using a shredder. Add the crushed onions to the bowl to the mince.
Then add the egg. Add a little salt and spice to taste. And at this stage, I add mayonnaise to the cutlet mass. It is mayonnaise and a large amount of onions that give the finished cutlets juiciness. Even when cooled, the cutlets will be juicy and delicious. Mix all the ingredients well until smooth and beat the mass a little against the bottom of the bowl.
Roll a little mince in breadcrumbs and form cutlets.
Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the cutlets. Fry them on both sides, 3-4 minutes, until golden. There is no need to make a big fire. Cutlets should be cooked inside and not burned outside.
Hearty meat cutlets are ready! Supplement with any side dish or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
