MINCE: Soak slices of loaf in cold water for five minutes.
Grind the onions with a blender or meat grinder. Squeeze the loaf from the water, add to the onion, mix.
Put the minced meat in a bowl with crushed onions.
Add egg, salt, black ground pepper to the mince, mix.
FILLING: Separate yolks from boiled eggs.
Add garlic, dill, salt and soft butter to the yolks, mix with a blender or mash with a fork.
Fill the halves of the eggs - whites - with filling.
CUTLETS: Lay a half egg on a large piece of mince.
Form a cutlet. The cutlet is obtained from about the palm of your hand. It should turn out 10 pieces.
Roll cutlets in breadcrumbs.
Fry the cutlets in a pan with vegetable oil. Then you can bake in the oven at 180 degrees 5 minutes.
