How to fry chicken cutlets with zucchini? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. As chicken meat, I like to use chicken hip fillet. It's not as dry as breast fillet.
Peel the onions from the husks and rinse in cold water. Grind the chicken meat and onions. This can be done by passing everything through a meat grinder or using a grinder. Fold the minced meat and onions into a spacious bowl in which you will be comfortable mixing everything.
Wash the courgette. If it has a hard peel, then it must be cleaned. Young courgettes can be used along with the peel. Grate the courgette. For a more uniform consistency, a fine grater can be used. Squeeze excess liquid from the grated courgette.
Add the squeezed courgette to the bowl to the mince. Then add the egg. Sprinkle with a little salt and spice to taste. As a spice, I use a mixture of ground peppers and paprika. Mix all the ingredients well with each other.
Depending on the consistency of the cutlet mass, add 2-4 tablespoons of semolina. It will make the consistency a little thicker and denser. Instead of semolina, starch or flour can be used.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a small plate. Take some cutlet mass, roll in breadcrumbs and form cutlets with your hands.
Preheat the frying pan to hot and pour in some vegetable oil. Place the formed cutlets and fry them over a low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Ready-made cutlets will become a mouth-watering golden color.
Ready-made chicken cutlets with courgettes are ready! Serve them with any side dish or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
