Follow the meat through a meat grinder and peeled onions. The crushed onions will give the cutlets a juiciness and aroma.
Then add the egg, salt and spices. Mix all the mass well. As a spice, you can use black ground pepper and dried herbs or use a ready-made set of spices for meat.
The finished cutlet mass will be a little liquid, which will not make cutlets out of it. So add some starch. Adjust its amount to your taste. Beat the finished cutlet mass a little against the bottom of the bowl. Thanks to this procedure, the headlights will become denser and easier to sculpt into cutlets. And the cutlets themselves will not fall apart when frying.
To fry the cutlets, preheat the pan to hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Blind small cutlets with your hands and roll them in breadcrumbs. Place the cutlets in a frying pan and fry on both sides until golden over medium heat.
Ready-made cutlets will look very blush and appetizing.
