Potatoes - 500 gr, Vegetable oil - 300 ml, Eggs - 1 pc., Butter - 20 gr, Salt - 1 tbsp., Paprika - 1 tsp., Ground black pepper - to taste, Breadcrumbs - 75 gr., Wheat flour - 50 gr., Eggs - 1 pc.
How to make croquettes potato? Prepare the ingredients. For potato croquettes, we'll need: 500g potatoes; 1 egg; 20g butter; 1 tbsp. l salt; 1 tsp paprika; black ground pepper.
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Put the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil and cook in salted water over medium heat until tender.

Cool the mass to room temperature.

In a saucepan, preheat the vegetable oil to a boil. By the way, it is better to use not very wide, but deep containers for frying. After all, croquettes should directly swim in oil and be evenly fried on all sides.
Lower a few croquettes into the boiling oil and deep-fry until golden. Initially, the potato balls will sink to the bottom, but as they are ready, they will surface.
Transfer the finished croquettes with a spoon onto a napkin to stack the excess fat.
