How to make chicken cutlets with mushrooms? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can cook chicken mince yourself by passing chicken meat through a meat grinder or buy ready-made meat. Mushrooms can be used any. I will add champignons to cutlets.
Peel, rinse and grind the onions. Rinse the champignons as well and finely chop. Preheat the frying pan to hot, pour in some vegetable oil and place the onion with the mushrooms. Fry everything together for 5-6 minutes. Do not forget to stir so that the mushrooms do not burn.
Transfer the chicken mince to a spacious bowl. Add the egg, salt and some spice to the mince. Ground peppers and some paprika can be added as a spice.
Next, add the fried mushrooms with onions and breadcrumbs. Why add crackers? They will absorb some of the moisture that is in the chicken mince. Thanks to this, the cutlets will not fall apart when frying.
Mix all the ingredients well with each other until smooth. Beat the meat mass against the bottom of the bowl to make the mince more dense.
To fry the cutlets, preheat the pan and pour in some vegetable oil. With wet hands, form small cutlets and put them in a frying pan. Fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
Do not make a big fire so that the cutlets have time to fry inside.
Fold the finished cutlets into a small saucepan. While they wait for the serve to the table, they will have time to steam a little under the lid. Serve them hot. For such cutlets, you can prepare any side dish or supplement them with fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
