How to make chicken PP cutlets with cereals? Products needed for a recipe for chicken patties with cereals. Peel the onions and garlic from the husks, wash. Take any ready-made mince or scroll through a meat grinder yourself. Take any spices you love. I took hop-suneli and black ground pepper. I also took some dill, but if you don't like greens in cutlets, don't put it in.
Let the flakes brew in the milk for 20-30 minutes. So (pictured) looks like a ready-made milk-oat mixture. This is one option. The second, no less interesting, option of pouring for cereal: you can beat eggs and milk with a fork and pour cereal with this mixture, and not just one milk and also insist on cereal in the milk-egg mixture for the same 20-30 minutes.
Now fry the cutlets on both sides until ruddy, having previously heated the pan and heated the oil well (it took me 2 tbsp of vegetable oil). Then cover the pan with a lid and steam (be sure!) The cutlets over a low heat, or add water or sour cream, simmer (so that the flakes are well steamed). Put the delicious and tender cutlets on the plates. You can serve them a side dish: potatoes, porridge, etc. Enjoy your meal!
