How to make cutlets from poultry meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I'll be making chicken mince patties. But you can also take minced meat from any other bird, for example, turkey. You can buy the minced meat ready or make it yourself. Boil the eggs beforehand in boiling water for 7-9 minutes. Then cool them in cold water.
Peel the onions and garlic and grind together with 1-2 slices of loaf. Baton is necessary in order to absorb part of the moisture from minced meat.
Add the chopped loaf with onions and garlic to the minced chicken. Then break one egg. Add a little salt and spice to taste. Mix all the ingredients and beat all the meat mass against the bottom of the bowl so that it becomes denser.
Cook the batter. To do this, combine milk, eggs, flour and salt. Stir.
See the batter consistency by the amount of flour. If you want to get a thick batter, then the flour will leave more, if liquid - then less. I have liquid batter.
To make the filling, peel the eggs from the shells and rub them with the cheese. Add the soft butter and salt.
Stir the crushed greens into the filling.
Form small tortillas from the meat mass and put a little filling in the center. Then close the cutlet, dip it in batter and put it in a hot pan.
Fry the cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side, with a small amount of vegetable oil added.
Ready-made cutlets will turn golden. Do not make a big fire so that the cutlets have time to fry inside.
Remove chicken cutlets from the pan on a paper towel to remove excess oil from them. Serve the cutlets hot with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
