How to make chicken and pork mince cutlets? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Scroll the pork meat and chicken fillet through a meat grinder and turn into mince. You can also buy minced meat ready-made.
To prepare the cutlet mass, take a convenient bowl and combine both types of mince in it. Soak the baton in water or milk. Peel the onions from the husks. Following the meat, pass the onion and loaf through the meat grinder - add them to the mince.
Break the egg into a bowl. Add salt and spices to taste. As a spice, I take some hollow pepper, paprika and dried basil.
Mix all the ingredients well until smooth. Beat the cutlet mass against the bottom of the bowl to make it denser. Thanks to this, the cutlets will not fall apart when frying.
Roll a little cutlet mass in breadcrumbs and form cutlets.
Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot pan and put the prepared cutlets. Fry them over a low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Ready-made cutlets will become a mouth-watering golden color.
