How to bake cutlets with cheese in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. For cutlets, you can take purchased minced meat, but I prefer to make cutlets from minced meat made at home. At the same time, meat can be any - beef, pork, chicken, turkey. Consider only that the cooking time will differ for different types of meat. Take any cheese, both hard and soft will do, the main thing is that it melts well and is tasty.
How to make mince? Wash the pulp (I have pork), cut into pieces and pass through a meat grinder with a small lattice. Put the mince in a bowl and break the egg into it. Pre-wash the egg to keep the dirt out of the mince.
Salt the minced meat and pepper, mix until smooth.
To prevent the cutlets from falling apart and keep the shape, beat off the cooked mince. To do this, collect the mince in your hand, raise it above the bowl and throw it back. Do so 10-15 times. At the end, you will feel the minced meat compact and become more elastic.
Grease a thick-bottomed baking dish with a little vegetable oil. Form the cutlets from minced meat, I got four pieces, and put them in a tin. Make a long strip along the patties. The uniform should be a little more than cutlets.
Cook the gravy. How to make gravy? Place the thick-bottomed pan over a medium heat. Put the butter down and melt it. Sift wheat flour into the pan. Flour can be taken of the highest or first grade.
Mix the flour with the oil until smooth.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring well each time until smooth. Do not pour milk immediately, it will be very difficult to turn everything into a homogeneous mass.
Wash the greens and chop them finely. Add it to the gravy pan. It can be dill, parsley, cilantro, any for your taste.
Stir, salt and cook the gravy until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Remove the pan from the stove and pour gravy over the cutlets on top and the gaps between them.
Grate the cheese over a coarse or fine grater and sprinkle the patties over the top.
Put in a hot oven, 180 ° C, and bake the mince cutlets with cheese for 40 minutes, until tender and golden.
