Minced meat cutlets with potatoes in the oven baked with cheese

How to make minced meat patties with potatoes in the oven, baked with cheese? Prepare the necessary products. I made minced chicken fillet. You can take ready-made meat or fish mince. Olive oil can be replaced with any odorless vegetable.
To make cutlets, crumble loaf or white bread, pour 3-4 tbsp. milk.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry. Cut the fillet into small, freeform pieces. Grind the fillet in a blender to a smooth mince.
Cut the pre-peeled onions arbitrarily and run through the blender, too. In a suitable bowl, combine the minced meat, crushed onions and soaked bread. Salt the minced meat, add the black ground pepper.
Mix everything thoroughly.
With wet hands, form the desired shape and size from minced cutlets.
Cut washed and peeled potatoes into circles about 4mm thick. You don't need to slice the potatoes too thinly so that they don't dry during cooking. It is advisable to choose medium root crops and, if possible, the same size, then the appearance of the dish will be more accurate. Salt the potatoes, pour olive oil over them. Leave some oil to lubricate the mold. If desired, add any spices and seasonings to taste. Mix everything.
Brush the roasting tin with olive oil. Place 2/3 parts of the potatoes on the bottom and the sides of the tin.
Put the cutlets on the potatoes, leaving short distances between them.
Distribute the remaining circles of potatoes between the cutlets, placing them on the rib. Top with slices of potatoes and cutlets with the remaining milk. Place the tin in the oven preheated to 180S for about 25-30 minutes. If the potato edges blush prematurely, cover the shape with foil.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater.
Carefully, so as not to burn, remove the mold from the oven. Sprinkle the potatoes and cutlets with the grated cheese.
Bake the dish for about 10 more minutes before the cheese melts. Determine the time and mode of baking, focusing on the features of the work of your oven.
Serve the cutlets, baked with potatoes and cheese, hot with fresh vegetables and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
