How to fry potato drans with onions and flour in a pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel the potatoes beforehand and rinse in running water against contaminants.
Peel the onions and rinse in cold water. Then finely chop the onions. Preheat the frying pan to hot and pour in some vegetable oil. Place the chopped onions and fry them over a low heat for 3-4 minutes. During frying, the onions will become softer and begin to fry slightly.
Rub the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater. If juice appears, then it must be drained.
Do not leave grated potatoes to stand so that they do not darken. Immediately add the fried onions to it.
Next, add the flour. Add salt and spices to taste. Mix all the ingredients.
Depending on the juiciness of the potatoes, flour may be needed a little more or less. The finished potato mass will be quite thick.
Spoon the draniks into a preheated frying pan and fry them in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. If you cook without a lid, they will be crisp on the outside. And if you cook under the lid, they will become soft and steamed.
During the frying, the fights will become golden. Remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.
Supplement the ready-made potato draniks with onions and flour with sour cream and serve. Enjoy your meal!
