Chocolate - 80 g, Wheat flour - 120 g, Milk - 70 ml, Butter - 60 g, Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Sugar - 100 g, Salt - to taste, Cocoa powder - 30 g, Baking powder - 1 tea.
Prepare and measure the ingredients.
Melt the oil with sugar in a water bath until uniform.
Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa, sift everything several times.
Add the egg to the butter with the sugar and whisk.
When the liquid mixture becomes foam, in batches, pour a dry mixture into the future dough and continue to beat.
Add the milk and stir.
Cut the chocolate smaller (or take the chocolate drops) and add to the dough. Stir.
Grease the muffin molds and fill them with three-quarters of the volume of dough, no more. Bake at 190 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Do not dry the muffins, they will be tender and very chocolate.
