Herring - 150 g, Onions - 1 pc., Butter - 50 g, Baton - 50 g, Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Apples - 0.5 pc., Milk - 60 g, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
Classic forshmak is made from herring with the addition of onions, butter, loaf, egg, sour apple, milk, salt and pepper.
Boil a hard-boiled egg, wet a couple of slices of loaf in milk. Peel the egg and apples.
Put the prepared products in the bowl of the combine harvester or meat grinder.
Add herring.
Place the pressed loaf and grind until smooth. Mix with the softened oil and cool.
Serve as a snack on sandwiches or toast.
