Cut the pork meat into platinum and beat a little with a kitchen hammer.
Then cut the chipped meat into strips.
To fry, preheat the pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Place the chopped meat and fry until lightly toasted.
Peel the onions and rinse in cold water. Then cut the onions into half rings or a little smaller.
Add the chopped onions to the pan to the meat. Stir and fry all together for 10 minutes over a low heat. The onions will become softer and smell very fragrant.
Sprinkle flour over the meat. So that the flour spreads evenly over the meat, it is convenient to sift it through a small strainer. Stir the flour with the meat.
Now add sour cream to the meat in the pan. Stir and warm up the meat in sour cream for a couple of minutes.
Then add the tomato paste. To taste, salt a little and add the spices. Ground pepper will be enough as a spice. Stir everything, cover and cook over a low heat for about 20-25 minutes. If necessary, you can pour a little water or meat broth.
During the stew, the meat will become soft, and the sauce will be thick. A great addition will be a side dish of mashed potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
