Sprouted wheat - 160 gr, Salt - to taste, Sugar - 1 tea liter, Honey - 3 table liters, Walnuts - 50 gr, Raisins - 100 gr, Food poppy - 3 table liters

We rinse wheat, pour it into a bowl of slow cookers and pour water (on the 1 part of wheat 5 parts of water), salt, put it in a slow cooker for extinguishing for 2. 5 hours. If you have steamed wheat, then we put porridge on mode for 30-40 minutes.

Fill the poppy and raisins with boiling water, cover the poppy to swell better.

The nuts are crushed with a knife or in a mortar.

When the poppy swells (at least an hour later. but you can also when the wheat is almost ready) drain water from it, add a teaspoon of sugar, rub it with a mortar until poppy milk appears.

We also drain water from raisins. We add a little boiling water to honey so that it becomes more liquid. When porridge is ready, we add honey, raisins, nuts and poppy to it. Mix well. Kutya is ready. Have a pleasant appetite! See the video receptor for a more detailed description.
