Rinse the barley, pour it into the thermos and pour boiling water (on the 1 part of the barley 3 part of the boiling water) for 3 hours.
Fill the poppy and raisins with boiling water, cover the poppy to swell better.
The nuts are crushed with a knife or in a mortar.
When the poppy swells (at least an hour later. but you can also get the pearl barley out of the thermos) drain water from it, add a teaspoon of sugar, rub it with a mortar until poppy milk appears.
We also drain water from raisins. We add a little boiling water to honey so that it becomes more liquid. After 3 hours, drain the water from the barley, pour it into a deep plate. Add raisins, poppies, nuts and honey. Mix well. Kutya is ready. Have a pleasant appetite! See the video receptor for a more detailed description.
