Christmas day pearl barley kutya

Pearl barley - 150 gr, Water - 450 ml, Sugar - 1 tea liter, Honey - 3 table liters, Walnuts - 50 gr, Raisins - 100 gr, Food poppy - 3 table liters
Rinse the pearl barley and transfer it to the thermos.
Pour boiling water over the rump, not reaching 3-4 cm up to the neck.
Close the thermos well and leave for 4 hours.
Pour the poppy and raisins with boiling water, cover the poppy. Leave for 1 hour.
Grind the nuts (in a mortar, knife or rolling pin).
Drain the poppy, mix it with sugar.
Grind the poppy in a mortar until light juice appears.
Drain the raisins. Add a little hot water to the honey and mix.
Drain the barley, transfer the swollen cereals to a comfortable bowl. Add the honey, poppy, raisins and nuts.
Mix the kutya well and transfer it to the festive dishes. If you like liquid kutya, add more water to the honey.
