First, you need to cook the puree itself. My potatoes, peel and cut into large pieces. Pour milk and water into the pan and put on the stove. Put the prepared potatoes in the boiled liquid, after which cook them until tender. Now the potatoes need to be crumpled, topping up the decoction as needed. During the process of converting the potatoes into mashed potatoes, add salt and butter (50 grams). Let the mash cool to room temperature, and while it cools, grate the cheese. In a separate bowl, break the eggs, beat them and pour them into mash. Add nutmeg and mix everything well. Put half of the grated cheese in a mash, mix thoroughly again. Grease the form with butter (30 grams), sprinkle with crushed crumbs. Pour our mash into the mold and sprinkle it on top with the remaining cheese. Put the puree tin in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes (until a golden crust appears). After baking, let the finished dish stand for 20 minutes at room temperature. After that, you can serve potatoes to the table!
