Potatoes - 6 pcs., Eggs - 1 pc., Onions - 1 pc., Champignons - 200 grams, Salt - 0.7 tea liters, Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp., Flour - 2 tbsp.
We will prepare the products and start cooking zraz.
Peel the potatoes. For faster cooking, potatoes can be cut into pieces. Cook potatoes with salt added until cooked.
Finely chop the onions.
Peel the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.
Fry the onions in sunflower oil until golden.
Add mushrooms to the onion and continue to fry until the mushrooms are ready.
We turn the finished potatoes into mashed potatoes using a pusher. Add a raw egg to the mash. The mash should be thick so that balls can be formed from it. To give the puree the desired consistency, we use flour.
Let's start cooking zraz. To do this, form tortillas from 2 tablespoons of cooled mashed potatoes and put 1 teaspoon of stuffing made of champignons and onions inside. Gently pinch the edges and give zraz the desired shape. Zrazes can be in the form of a ball, a cake or an oblong shape.
We put the finished zraza on a baking sheet lined with parchment and greased with sunflower oil. Bake the zraza in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
We serve the finished zrazes hot. Sour cream, mayonnaise or ketchup are perfect for such a dish. Enjoy your meal!
