Baked foil potatoes in the oven
2 servings50 min
Potatoes - 5 pcs., Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Garlic - 3 teeth., Butter - 50 g, Dill - 10 g
Put the potatoes in a bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on them and sprinkle with salt, try to get a little oil and salt into the cuts so that the potatoes pour through the inside. We clean the garlic and pass it through the press, add it to the potatoes and mix it again. At this stage, you can add seasonings to your liking, for example, rosemary, black pepper, etc. I left everything unchanged.
After 35 minutes, we unfold the potatoes and send them to the oven again so that the potatoes brown - if this does not matter to you, then this step can be missed. The total time of spending potatoes in the oven is 45 minutes. However, this figure depends on the potato variety: some variety is cooked longer, some faster. In any case, during the preparation of the dish, you will need to look into the oven a couple of times and poke the potatoes with a knife for readiness.

For this recipe, I used 5 large tubers of potatoes. We clean the potatoes, rinse in cold water and make 3-4 transverse incisions not to the end - about half. If the potatoes are young, then you can not peel them - it will be good enough to wash them.
We unfold a roll of foil and sections of 5 rectangular sheets of such a size that you can wrap potatoes and there are no gaps left. Put potatoes on the middle of the leaf lubricated with vegetable oil and roll up the foil with a bag. So we prepare all the tubers.
We put the potatoes wrapped in foil in a baking dish - I used ceramic. Send to the oven at maximum temperature (250 degrees) for 35 minutes.
While our potatoes ripen, let's make the last touch: melt the butter, finely chop the dill.
We extract the finished potatoes from the mold, put them in a deep dish, pour butter and sprinkle with dill. The dish is ready to serve!
