How to bake boiled potatoes in the oven? Prepare everything that is indicated by the list in the recipe. The main ingredient is potatoes. Choose not very large tubers about the same size. Since the potatoes will be cooked in the peel, they should be thoroughly washed, preferably with a brush to get rid of excess dirt, earth, etc.
Send the potatoes to a saucepan, fill with water. Place the pan on the stove, bring to a boil over high heat, salt to taste. Reduce the flame to moderate and cook the potatoes until cooked under a semi-closed lid. It will take from 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the potato variety and its size. The readiness of potatoes can be checked using a toothpick.
Put the filling on top of each tuber. Which filling is better to make? It is permissible to fill at your discretion with various products. For a few potatoes, you can add a teaspoon of butter, garlic sauce or grated cheese. Send the baking dish to a preheated oven and leave until the potatoes are browned.
