How to bake a duck in a duckling in the oven? Start by preparing the duck if you need to. Thoroughly clean from the remains of feathers, wash everything well from the inside. Remove inedible parts, such as, for example, smoked iron or the whole bottom! Dry the duck with a towel. Prepare spiced vegetables, fruits and mushrooms.
Cut the peeled potatoes in half.
Cut the apples into wedges without a core. Wash the mushrooms, they can be left whole (so beautiful) or cut in half along.
Mix all the spices and pressed garlic with olive oil and hands, or use a special brush to rub the duck on all sides and inside with this mixture.
Fill it with apples, hold the hole together with toothpicks.
Pour water into the duckling.
Put the duck back down.
Coat the duck on all sides with potatoes and mushrooms. Let the vegetables sit down a little.
Preheat the oven to 240 degrees and bake the duck in it for an hour and a half under the lid and another 10-15 minutes open to brown. Fun and delicious holidays!
