How do you make pork with potatoes up your sleeve in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel and rinse the potatoes. Choose pork with a little fat, then in the finished dish it will be juicier. I use a pork neck to cook.
The baking hose must be tightly tied on one side. For this, special ties or clips are used, which are sold along with the sleeve. Cut the peeled potatoes into large pieces and place in the sleeve.
Peel and rinse the onions and carrots. Cut the onions into half rings, and cut the carrots into circles or bars. Place the onions and carrots in the sleeve to the potatoes.
Next, send the sliced meat into pieces.
Pour vegetable oil over everything. Sprinkle to taste with salt and spices. As a spice, I use ground peppers, some dried rosemary and basil.
On the second side, tie the sleeve tightly, releasing air from it. Mix all the ingredients in the sleeve thoroughly. Place the sleeve in a metal baking dish and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 1 hour. Focus on your oven.
At the end of cooking, you can cut the sleeve and let the dish brown a little open. Pork and potatoes are ready! Arrange on plates and serve hot to the table! Have a pleasant appetite!
