How do you make mackerel in mayonnaise in the oven baked with onions in foil? Peel and wash the potatoes and onions. Gut the fish and remove the heads. Slice the greens and mix them with salt.
Pour lemon juice over the fish, salt and season, making cuts for better soaking and baking.
Cut the potatoes and onions quite thinly, add the greens to them and mix.
Put an onion and potato pillow on the foil. On top is fish.
Seal the foil and put the fish in the oven (for 1 hours at 180 degrees).
Then open the foil, brush the fish with mayonnaise and bake for another 5 minutes.
