Baked mackerel with vegetables in the oven in foil

Mackerel - 1 pc., Potatoes - 5 pcs., Carrots - 70 gr., Dry spices - 2 tea liters., Cumin - 0.5 tea liters., Oregano - 2 gr., Mayonnaise - 150 gr., Hard cheese - 100 gr., Salt - to taste, Black ground pepper - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbl., Parsley - 10 gr.
Peel and cut the potatoes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes with the carrots over high heat until crusty. Instead of frozen baby carrots, you can take one ordinary and not frozen.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Put the vegetables on the foil and level.
Top with the fish (gutted and washed).
Salt and season everything. Don't forget the underside and abdomen of mackerel.
Generously pour mayonnaise over everything.
Taste the vegetables with cheese. Put some cheese inside the fish.
Make the sides from foil, transfer the fish with vegetables and foil to a baking sheet. Cover the top with another piece of foil and wrap its edge under the bottom foil. Cook the fish this way in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then open the foil and cook for a further 20 minutes.
Transfer the dish to a dish.
Decorate with herbs.
